  • How Many – How many you want.                                                            We sign NDA as per the requirements to ensure business terms are agreed and followed.

Brainstorm on Feasibility

  • Our sourcing specialist, cost engineers and Subject Matter experts conducts techno-commercial feasibility.
  • Once feasibility is done and agreed. We contact customers for approvals to go ahead.
  • We propose only approved suppliers along with their profiles who would be part of RFQ.

Supplier Selection

  • Suppliers get selected for RFQS and we start floatin RFQs based on supplier expertise and capabilities.
  • We will choose suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery & skill set to produce Parts service.

Negotiations

  • Negotiation happens based on quality, Culture, cost, and industry expertise of suppliers.
  • Complete costing details along with cost comparisons will be shared with customers.

GO LIVE – Approval to Produce/Service Delivery

  • Customer shares the approval to produce / provide services.
  • Order acceptance by customer and supplier partners.
  • We ensure that products/Service is delivered with all necessary documentation and within timeline
  • We manage the complete show without any disruption to business
